Fried Mashed Potato Balls With Beef
Ingredients :
- 500g of potatoes
- 200g of ground beef
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 100g of shiitake mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 50g of crispy frying mix
- 50g of breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Neptune Bouillon granules
- Ground pepper
- Cooking oil
- 200g of lettuce
- Nam Duong Chili sauce
- Mayonnaise
Instructions :
Step 1:
- Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters, boil them with a little salt, then pick them out to cool off and thoroughly mash, and remove it into a large bowl. Then, wash and chop the onions and carrots into pieces. Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Soak the shiitake mushrooms with warm water to hydrate, then wash and chop them.
Step 2:
- Heat the oil, stir the fry onion, add the ground beef, carrots and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked, season all of it with bouillon granules and ground pepper to taste.
Step 3:
- Pour the mixture into a bowl of mashed potatoes, add a little pepper, bouillon granule, mix well until the mixture is smooth and stick together.
Step 4:
- Shape the mixed beef and potato into balls, and in turn roll the balls through the egg, crispy frying mix, and then breadcrumbs, gently pat off the excess powder.
Step 5:
- Heat the pan with plenty of cooking oil, heat the oil until boiling and then drop the potato balls into the oil.
Step 6:
- Remove the fried balls on to plates with oil-absorbent paper. Serve hot with lettuce, chili sauce, and mayonnaise.
